A connected student journey across admissions, payments, and learning.

The product

The Programmer’s University supports the student journey from application and entrance exams through payment, cohort enrollment, guided learning, and progress tracking.

Challenge

Students and administrators were moving through interconnected academic and financial processes with different permissions, deadlines, payment states, and recovery paths.

Approach

  1. Treated admissions, tuition, enrollment, and learning as one lifecycle.
  2. Reused consistent dashboard, table, and status patterns across the product.
  3. Adapted navigation and interaction to each platform instead of shrinking the web app.

Implementation

  1. Built React and TypeScript web experiences alongside React Native apps for iOS and Android.
  2. Implemented applications, exams, cohorts, learning content, progress, and administrative history.
  3. Integrated Stripe and Flutterwave installments, status updates, and failed-payment recovery.
  4. Used AWS SES for transactional email and Amazon S3 for storage.
